U.S. Military Traffic Through Shannon - 2011 Flight Log Summaries

Shannonwatch uses widely available technology to record flights by the US military and its contractors in and out of Shannon Airport. It maintains complete logs of all flights in and out of the airport, and over the years it has refined the process of identifying military flights. 

This summary of 2011 flights has been modified from the original published figures in order to provide a more accurate picture of the military use of Shannon Airport.

Please note that these figures only include flights recorded by Shannonwatch. While the actual numbers of flights may be higher, the margin of error is not thought to be very significant.
